Our mission is to understand what is in our food and how to avoid health risks caused by harmful contaminants like PFAS and microplastics.
As Colorado-based chicken owners our initial focus is on reducing PFAS in our backyard eggs through iterative testing and mitigation. Since we started in the spring of 2025 we have made meaningful progress in understanding what drives PFAS levels in our eggs. Through changes in our coop setup we were able to reduce contamination levels. You can follow our journey in our blog.
